This project involved working with 11 social enterprises based in Western Australia to understand the opportunities and barriers to achieve resilience. We developed a detailed understanding of the activities and behaviour that appear to help these organisations to deal with resource uncertainty.

A major output from this project is the Social Enterprise Reporting Tool (SERT), led by Dr Chris Mason. SERT is a free, robust and simple tool for social enterprises to enter and monitor their financial, non-financial performance, and describe their social impacts.
