Steven Harris, former Director of the Centre for Leadership and Public Interest at Swinburne: for significant service to print journalism.
Mike Stephens, Swinburne alum: for significant service to primary industry, and to the community.
Medal of the Order (OAM)
David Squirrell, Swinburne alum: for service to people with disability, and to the community.
