Note that each semester at VU is divided into 3 periods (i.e. Fall (Period 1, 2, 3), Spring (Period 4, 5, 6). Try to split your chosen units across these periods.

Exchange students must study a minimum of 24 ECTS per semester at this partner university.

Courses available for exchange students

Students can select their own courses from the list on offer. Note that courses in the fields of Psychology and School of Business and Economics have limited capacity. Exchange students majoring in Psychology, Business and Economics are given priority for these subjects.

NOTE: For the Fall semester only, it is encouraged for exchange students to follow one of VU's minor programs rather than piercing together their own schedule. Minors are pre-packaged selections of approximately five related Bachelor's courses that span the entire Fall semester.

Credit equivalence

50 CP = 30 ECTS
37.5 CP = 22.5 ECTS

Students will be informed about the procedure after uploading their application package. The International Office will do its best to find suitable accommodation for every student.
