Please choose your program carefully. Swinburne is not legally obliged to refund, transfer, or issue a credit note if you choose the wrong course, change your mind, or your circumstances change. If you require an invoice for your organisation, a purchase order or letter of authority from your employer must be attached to your completed registration form.

A A$50 processing fee will apply for withdrawals and transfers. Upon payment of this fee a transfer to the next available or an alternate workshop scheduled within the same calendar year may be organised or you may nominate a substitute person to attend. Non-attendance at a program without prior notification will result in a forfeit of fees paid.

Refund

Please choose your program carefully. Once processed, your course fee will not be refunded if you change your mind or your circumstances change.

Program cancellation

Whilst we always endeavour to run all courses timetabled, sometimes a lack of enrolments may mean that the course has to be cancelled. One week prior to the course running you will receive a training reminder or a cancellation email confirming the status of this course. If you are travelling interstate to attend this program we strongly encourage you not to book travel or accommodation before receiving the training reminder.

If we have to cancel a course you will be offered a place in the next scheduled workshop, or if preferred we can transfer your booking to an alternative course at no extra cost.
