Cadi
Bachelor of Education (Primary)
With support from CareerTrackers, Cadi continues to grow as a young professional. Her warm and hard working nature shines through everything she achieves.
About Cadi
Cadi has commenced her penultimate year of the Bachelor of Education (Primary) degree at Swinburne Online. She chose this degree based on her one-year experience working in a school in Salisbury, England, in 2021. Embracing new challenges that each day brought on, she quickly found a true passion working in the school environment.
She then began her first CareerTrackers internship with LinkedIn in 2022 and has just completed her fourth internship with the company over the summer break. Through her internships at LinkedIn, Cadi has cultivated transferable skills and knowledge that has enhanced her performance both at university and in the workplace.
For example, she has developed exceptional public speaking, presentation, organisation, problem-solving and leadership skills through her work in a number of teams, including Learning Solutions, Talent Solutions and Events.
Cadi's managers at LinkedIn have celebrated her proactive management and genuine curiosity, which has contributed to the collective knowledge and capabilities of her teams. During her latest internship, Cadi also appeared on national television show Sunrise to present LinkedIn's national report on jobs that were on the rise.
