Our research addresses some of Australia's most significant social, economic and environmental problems. We contribute with actionable knowledge about cities and how they transform.

Actionable knowledge places emphasis on solution-oriented outcomes (rather than ideal outcomes), collaborative working and associated co-design, co-production, co-creation and co-management concepts. With actionable knowledge as a research impact model, we move research from understanding and giving meaning to be transforming for science, society and policy.
