Swinburne Residences on campus
Swinburne Residences offers short-term accommodation from December - February for students attending Swinburne summer programs, from $350 per week. On-campus accommodation availability during other months of the year (March - November) is extremely limited and typically only offered to Swinburne students staying for one or more semesters.

Off campus
If you are new to Melbourne, homestay is a good option. The ‘Start With Us’ program from our partner, Australian Homestay Network(AHN) will help you settle in as you prepare to begin your studies. Alternatively, you can book hotels and hostels using the below sites;

- Your local council. As a resident, your local council may be able to offer assistance and referral services for emergency housing
