Marisa Dantanarayana

Marisa has been an executive coach and facilitator since 2002, leveraging her extensive international business and not-for-profit board experience to empower hundreds of executives. One of only 30 coaches in Australia with the ICF’s MCC credential, she leads the Swinburne Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching.

Marisa works with diverse clients, from large corporations to small businesses, across public and private sectors. Previously, she held executive roles in global companies, driving revenue growth and managing opportunities worth up to $25 million.

Marisa’s warm, human approach uses evidence-based practices to help clients achieve goals within their organisational context. She applies a multidisciplinary framework, drawing on psychology, adult learning, sociology, business, and philosophy, tailoring methods to each client and situation.

Ann Wright

Ann has worked with a range of organisations in both Australia and New Zealand in private, public and not-for-profit sectors, including aviation, IT, transport, regulation, health, tertiary education, membership, and professional services. Ann has been working as an executive coach for ten years. She is also a coach trainer for the Graduate Certificate of Organisational Coaching at Swinburne University of Technology, and an accredited coach mentor and supervisor.

Natasha Hearn

Natasha collaborates with executives and teams, ranging from emerging leaders to C-suite, building relationships based on equality. With a global outlook, she has coached leaders across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Natasha's career began in investment banking and consulting. At Merrill Lynch, she grew a new business from zero to $1 billion in incremental order flow. Transitioning to executive coaching in 2002, she was inspired by leadership development's transformative potential, which continues to motivate her today.

Natasha’s coaching is adaptive and personalised, addressing both immediate challenges and long-term internal growth. She helps leaders achieve rapid, tangible goals while refining their internal structure for lasting stability, fostering clarity, resilience, and sustained success amidst life's complexities.

James Samana
