David Singleton AM is Chairman and Director of the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia, a Director of Standards Australia and a board member of the Future Business Council of Australia. David is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Academy of Technology and Engineering.

Lisa Barry brings more than 25 years of experience working with boards and C-suite executives in major retail, manufacturing, banking and ICT sectors. She is currently a partner in the People and Change Practice at KPMG.

Adam Beck has spent more than 20 years influencing infrastructure and urban regeneration projects across the world. In this time, he has worked for global consulting firms as well as transformational non-profit organisations. He is currently Executive Director of the Smart Cities Council.

Tim Black is a founding principal of BKK Architects. He specialises in infrastructure, urban design and strategic masterplanning and has played a leading role in some of Melbourne’s most significant urban renewal projects in his 18 years of practice.

Professor Mark Burry AO has been a senior architect and lead researcher at the Sagrada Familia Basilica in Barcelona, Spain and was awarded Australian Federation Fellowship in 2005. He is recognised internationally as a thought leader and researcher in the domain of future cities.

Michelle Fitzgerald is the City of Melbourne’s first ever Chief Digital Officer, heading up the city’s newly formed Smart City Office. 

Nicholas Gruen is a prominent Australian economist and commentator on innovation. The CEO of Lateral Economics and the Chairman of the Open Knowledge Foundation (Australia), he was formerly Chairman of the Australian Centre for Social Innovation. 

Martin Hablutzel is an experienced Head of Strategy at Siemens, working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. His current focus is on transmission solutions and hydrogen in applications that support the ongoing energy market transition. 

Lucinda Hartley is a designer, urbanist and social entrepreneur whose disruptive approach to revitalising neighbourhoods has been implemented across Australia and around the world. She is the co-founder and Chief Impact Officer at Neighbourlytics, a global urban tech company providing real-time insight into neighbourhood life. 

Justin Madden works closely with Arup Melbourne’s leadership team in the areas of strategic project planning and infrastructure development across Australasia and the South East Asian region. Justin’s career includes 15 years in the Victorian State Parliament, having held seven ministerial portfolios within successive Victorian Labor governments across 11 years. 

Michel Masson has extensive experience in leadership roles in the transport and infrastructure sectors, along with an ability to work with the public and private sectors and the community. Michel brings more than 20 years of experience in senior transport and infrastructure roles in Europe and Australia including CEO of Keolis Downer and Yarra Trams. He is the current CEO of Infrastructure Victoria. 

David Napier has over 30 years of experience in the management and delivery of large-scale commercial projects throughout Australia and Asia, bringing to the board an extensive architectural and property development background. He is the Executive Director of Digital Harbour. 

Sander van Amelsvoort is skilled in scenario planning to explore, adapt and thrive in a changing world. He is the director of SJS Strategy, a scenario-planning consultancy.
